Fortress Biotech (FBIO) on Friday filed a registration statement for the offering of up to about 6.2 million shares of its common stock by certain selling shareholders.
The prospectus covers the sale from time to time of shares of outstanding common shares and shares issuable upon warrant exercises.
The company will not receive any proceeds from the secondary offering.
