Ntegrator Holdings' (SGX:WVJ) wholly owned subsidiary, Ntegrate Pte, received an originating claim from Tokio Marine over unpaid dues under an agreement, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
According to the claim, Tokio Marine is seeking a reimbursement of around SG$225,000 paid to the Singapore Ministry of Manpower.
The claim originates from an alleged failure of another subsidiary, Fiber Reach to cover costs of employment of foreign workers. Ntegrator Holdings had signed a guarantee on the agreement.
