Digilife Technologies Renews Distribution Agreement with Telkomsel

Digilife Technologies (SGX:BAI) subsidiary Selular Media Infotama renewed its distribution agreements with Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel) (IDK:TLKM), an Indonesian telecom operator, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Following Telkomsel's restructuring, Selular Media Infotama will operate in five of the seven territories it previously served.

This change may reduce the group's overall revenue and profitability for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2024, as the lost territories contributed about 10% of revenue in 2023.

However, the revenue decline will coincide with a reduction in associated costs.
