Graphjet Technology (GTI) filed a preliminary prospectus for an offering of class A ordinary shares.

The offering will commence promptly on the date the registration statement is declared effective by the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said Thursday in a regulatory filing.

There is no minimum number of shares required to be sold and no underwriter participation, and proceeds are intended for working capital and general corporate purposes, the company said.
