Vobile Group (HKG:3738) granted 22,950,000 share options to 27 employees on Monday under its share option scheme for its employees, consultants, and directors of the group, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

Each share option carries the right to subscribe for one share. the vesting of the options is subject to performance targets set by the digital content protection and transaction services provider in its award scheme.

The options have a validity period of 10 years, from Sept. 30, 2024, to Sept. 29, 2034.
