ArtGo (HKG:3313) named Tsai Yu Shen as joint-chairman at the marble stone miner effective Monday, according to a same-day filing with the Hong Kong stock exchange.

Tsai will sit as chairman until the first annual general meeting following his appointment and will be eligible for reelection, the filing said.

Wu Jing has also been redesignated as joint chairman, the filing said.
