Delek Logistics Partners (DKL) said Tuesday it has agreed to a 12-year crude oil gathering deal for 50,000 acres with an unnamed oil and gas producer.

The agreement is supported by Delek Logistics' Permian Gathering System in West Texas.

The transaction includes a minimum volume commitment. It increases DPG's total acreage dedication to over 350,000 acres, the company said.
