Lisi Group (Holdings) (HKG:0526) unit Ningbo Lisi Household Products agreed to subscribe for up to 800 million yuan of financial products by National Trust, a Monday bourse filing said.

Ningbo Lisi Household Products also entered into contracts with Lisi Import & Export for the provision of export and import agency services.

On the same day, plastic and metal household products manufacturer Lisi Group entered into an agreement with unit New JoySun for the mutual supply of products to each other.

The subscription of the National Trust financial products and the contract for the provision of export and import agency services are subject to shareholder approval.
