Venture (SGX:V03) repurchased to cancel 20,000 shares on the market for SG$279,665.33 at SG$13.97 per share on Tuesday, a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange said.
The company has so far repurchased 490,900 shares out of the 14,504,173 shares it is authorized to repurchase.
