BYD (HKG:1211, SHE:002594) recorded a rise in September sales to 419,426 units from 287,454 vehicles a year prior, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The automaker's output stood at 441,052 units for the month, up from 279,848 vehicles in September 2023.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, sales and output rose by 32% and 31% year over year, respectively, to 2.7 million and 2.8 million units.
