Edvantage Group (HKG:0382) has entered into a financial framework agreement with founder Liu Yung Chau, his brother Liu Yung Kwong, and his spouse Chen Yuan, Rita, along with their associates (collectively the "counterparties"), a Monday bourse filing said.

Under the contract, members of the company can request financing services from the three counterparties and their affiliates.

The counterparties and their associates can also request members of Edvantage Group for loans under the contract, which is valid from Oct. 1, 2024, to Aug. 31, 2027.

Liu Yung Kwong is also an employee of the company, while Chen is also the controlling shareholder and an executive director of the school operator.
