Engineering firm AcroMeta Group (SGX:43F) incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary named AcroMeta Lifestyle, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The new entity has an issued and paid-up share capital of SG$10,000, consisting of 10,000 shares. AcroMeta Lifestyle will engage in wholesale trade of electronic goods, the filing said.

The incorporation was financed through the company's internal resources and is not anticipated to materially affect the group's consolidated net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending Sept. 30, the company said.
