Karen Technology (SGX:K29) said Desmond Leung Yiu Chown has stepped down as the company's chief technology officer and head of the IT infrastructure division, effective Oct. 1.

Chown will now transition into the role of an executive consultant, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

Meanwhile, the group has decided not to pursue an immediate replacement for the vacant CTO position with a management reorganization to be prioritized.
