HIVE Digital Technologies (HIVE) said Thursday it signed an equity distribution deal with a group of Stifel-led agents for the sale of up to $200 million of its common shares.
Proceeds from the sale under HIVE's updated at-the-market equity program will support general corporate needs, debt repayments and potential future buyouts, the company said.
