Volcano Spring International Holdings (HKG:1715) said its auditor Conpak CPA resigned, effective Oct. 4, after the two parties failed to find a common ground on audit fee for the financial year ending Dec. 31, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The board appointed CL Partners CPA as the new auditors until the next annual general meeting (AGM).

The health and kitchen products maker's stock was down by almost 21% at Friday's closing.
