Koh Brothers Eco Engineering (SGX:5HV) fully utilized net proceeds worth SG$36.9 million raised from its share subscription deal, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The company recently utilized SG$1.3 million of the proceeds for business expansion activities which included acquisition of technology and equipment that were used in the group's mechanical, electrical and instrumentation control works.
Shares of the company surged nearly 4% in recent trading.
