Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development's (HKG:0737) subsidiary Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Zhuhai Superhighway Company entered into five construction works agreements with certain institutes through winning certain tenders, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
Shenzhen-Zhuhai Superhighway entered into a construction works agreement with CR 11th Bureau for a contract sum of a little over 721.0 million yuan, with China Railway No. 4 Engineering for 824.6 million yuan, CCCC Second Harbor for 1.45 billion yuan, CR 14th Bureau for 663.1 million yuan and with Poly Changda for 1.49 billion yuan.
The company's subsidiary will be working on civil engineering construction works for relative road segments under each agreement.
The infrastructure company's shares closed nearly 4% lower on Tuesday.
