PWR Holdings (ASX:PWH) named Sharyn Williams as chief financial officer, succeeding Martin McIver, who resigned to pursue other opportunities, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.

Williams will start in her new role in the first quarter of next year, the filing said.
