Golden State Mining (ASX:GSM) said Damien Kelly will resign as board chair and director at the company's next annual general meeting, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The Western Australian gold and lithium explorer will appoint Greg Hancock as chair, effective Nov. 22, the filing stated.
