Livingstone Health (SGX:PRH) allotted and issued 20,000 shares pursuant to the exercise of warrants, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Catalist board on or about Oct. 10.
Following the allotment and issuance of the new shares, the total number of issued and paid-up ordinary share capital of the company has increased to 613,081,827 shares.
