Hao Tian International Construction Investment (HKG:1341) subsidiary Glory Century signed a three-year licensing agreement with Aceso Life Science (HKG:0474) subsidiary Hao Tian Management (Hong Kong) for the use of office rooms in Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Under the agreement, Hao Tian will pay a monthly license fee to Glory Century of about HK$229,000 for the first year, HK$234,000 for the second year, and HK$239,000 for the third year, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

Shares closed 6% lower during Tuesday's trading.
