Times China (HKG:1233) recorded contracted sales of around 555 million yuan in September, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 47,000 square meters, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 6.25 billion yuan and 512,000 square meters, respectively.

Shares of the property firm closed over 18% lower on Tuesday.
