Namoi Cotton (ASX:NAM) said Louis Dreyfus raised its stake in the company to 70.12% from 67.49%, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Meanwhile, Olam Agri reduced its stake in the Australian cotton processor to 6.72% from 8.24%, according to a separate filing.
Namoi Cotton's shares gained nearly 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
