Sunac China (HKG:1918) recorded contracted sales of around 1.41 billion yuan in September, with a sales area of 129,000 square meters, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 10,930 yuan per square meter.

From January to September, contracted sales and sales area reached 36.5 billion yuan and 1.8 million square meters, respectively.

Shares of the company closed 37% lower on Tuesday.
