China Eastern Airlines (HKG:0670, SHA:600115) has proposed hiring Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as its domestic and international auditors, respectively, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The change of auditors is subject to the approval of the airline company's shareholders.

Shares of the company closed over 3% lower on Wednesday.
