H2G Green (SGX:5AI) was given the go ahead by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore to move its annual general meeting to Oct. 29, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
In an earlier filing, the company had requested ACRA to grant it an extension to hold the AGM to rework its financial statements due to a liability of SG$300,000 from an outstanding sub-contracting fee made to a vendor.
