The shares represent around 1.64% of Vitasoy's issued share capital, with an aggregate consideration of HK$103.6 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Yeo Hiap Seng's total stake in the manufacturer and distributor of plant-based food and beverages is now 2.04%.
