China Jinmao Holdings Group (HKG:0817) reported contracted sales of 7.01 billion yuan in September, while its contracted sales gross floor area for the month was 390,589.4 square meters, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Cumulative sales for the nine months to September reached 63.4 billion yuan, corresponding to GFA 3.5 million square meters, the filing said.

The property business' subscribed but not recorded sales as of Sept. 30 amounted to 1.79 billion yuan.
