Cleveland-Cliffs (CLF) said late Tuesday it has priced its offering of $900 million of 6.875% senior guaranteed notes due 2029 and $900 million of 7.375% senior guaranteed notes due 2033 at par of their face values.
Earlier, it plans to offer a total of $1.6 billion for the two notes.
Cleveland-Cliffs expects to close the offering on Oct. 22.
Net proceeds from the offering will be used to fund a portion of Stelco acquisition, according to the company.
