OUE (SGX:LJ3) has issued SG$150 million in 4% green bonds due 2029, marking its inaugural issuance under a new Green Finance Framework established in September, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The issuance was oversubscribed by 1.5 times, with a final order book of SG$225 million.

Proceeds will fund eligible green projects. OUE has no refinancing needs until September 2026.
