Prudential (SGX:K6S, HKG:2378) repurchased 782,619 shares in London on Wednesday at an average price of about 6.92 pounds sterling per share, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Upon cancellation of the purchased shares, the company will have 2,698,994,873 shares in issue, the filing said.
