GS Holdings’ substantial shareholder buys 4.2 mil shares for 2.88 cents apiece

As at 2.26pm, shares in GS Holdings are trading 0.6 cents higher or 26.09% up at 2.9 cents.

GS Holdings’ substantial shareholder, ZTS Holdings, has bought 4.18 million shares via the open market for $120,601.66 or 2.88 cents apiece.

The transaction was conducted on Oct 4, bringing ZTS’s stake to 14.3% from 12.86% previously.

Shares in GS Holdings 43a surged to 3.1 cents at around 9.32am on Oct 8, up from the 2.3-cent close on Oct 7.

As at 2.26pm, shares in GS Holdings are trading 0.6 cents higher or 26.09% up at 2.9 cents.
