Click Holdings (CLIK) said Wednesday it priced its initial public offering of 1.4 million shares at $4 apiece for $5.6 million in gross proceeds.
The company said it granted underwriters a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 210,000 shares at the offering price.
Click, a Hong Kong-based human resources provider, said it expects to close the offering around Thursday.
Shares of the company were about 25% lower in recent Wednesday trading.
