Li Auto (HKG:2015) opened a research and development office in Hong Kong to boost its computer chip development outside of mainland China, Yicai Global reported Wednesday, citing news outlet LatePost.
The electric vehicle startup will recruit up to about 10 staff for the facility, the report said.
Li Auto already has a computer chip team in Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai, and in Silicon Valley in the US, Yicai said.
