Acme International (HKG:1870) unit Blooming Power has entered into a memorandum of understanding to cooperate with DCH Investment and Construction for an initial term of three years, a Thursday bourse filing said.

Under the MoU, the parties will cooperate on the investment, development, and operation of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects in a digital hub data center in Vietnam.

The cooperation will allow Acme International to enter the renewable energy market in Vietnam and form a foundation for further operational development in the region.
