Meta Health (SGX:5DX) has signed a non-binding term sheet with vendor Lian Ah Lek regarding the potential acquisition of 51% of Jas Medical Screening Centre, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The clinic primarily provides medical examinations for foreign workers.
The term sheet allows Meta Health to conduct due diligence and grants exclusivity for 45 days for negotiations. The acquisition price will be partially paid in cash and shares, contingent upon the clinic meeting specific financial targets.
