Kuniko (ASX:KNI) generated exploration targets from a recent reconnaissance sampling program at the Ringerike project in Norway, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The program yielded up to 4.7% copper, 1.9% nickel, and 0.2% cobalt from samples taken along a mineralized trend at the project, the miner said in the filing.

Kuniko shares rose almost 6% in recent Thursday trade.
