NoonTalk Media (SGX:SEJ) entered into a loan agreement with Chief Executive Officer Desmond Koh Chin Eng for an interest free loan of SG$2.0 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

The company will use the loan for working capital, business expansion and cash flow needs, the filing said.
