Bailador Technology Investments (ASX:BTI) invested a further AU$10 million in cloud-based software platform Dash Technology Group, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The investment comprises a AU$5 million equity investment and a AU$5 million debt facility, increasing the venture capital fund's carrying value for Dash to AU$25 million, the filing stated.
Dash Technology will use the investment to fund its acquisition of Integrated Portfolio Solutions, according to the filing.
