S-Enjoy Service Group's (HKG:1755) chairman, Qi Xiaoming, purchased 220,000 additional shares in the company for HK$784,400, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The shares were bought in the open market between Oct. 8 and Oct. 10 for HK$3.57 apiece.

Following the acquisition, Qi holds 5.1 million, or 0.59%, shares in the property manager, including 450,000 share options and 350,000 award shares.

Shares of the company closed over 3% higher on Thursday.
