Brainhole Technology (HKG:2203) acquired a further 143,000 Beike American depository shares on the market on Friday for $3.2 million at an average price of $22.47 per share, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

The company used its existing internal financial resources for the acquisition.

The smart home, community, and city products and solutions company's shares soared over 49% on Monday's close.
