Alnera Aluminium (SHE:301613) priced its initial public offering in Shenzhen at 27.70 yuan apiece, seeking to raise up to 664 million yuan, according to a Tuesday disclosure with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The Chongqing, China-based aluminum alloy parts maker for new energy vehicle battery systems will issue 17,141,600 shares in its offline placement and 6,832,000 shares in its online placement for a total of 23,973,600 shares.
