TalkMed (SGX:5G3) allotted and issued 486,480 shares pursuant to its performance share plan, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
Following the allotment and issuance of these shares, the number of issued and paid up shares in the capital of the company is now 1,327,150,675 shares.
