LS 2 Holdings to Form Facade Installation, Cleaning Services JV With Citiwall

LS 2 Holdings (SGX:ENV) entered into a joint venture agreement with Citiwall to carry out facade installation and cleaning services, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

Under the agreement, the joint venture company, Citiwall LS2, will have an initial issued and paid-up share capital of SG$50,000 with LS 2 and Citiwall each holding a 50% stake.

Citiwall, wholly owned by Gay Choon Hooi, provides facade installation, alteration and upgrading works services.
