0819 GMT - TI Fluid Systems is undervalued in ABC Technologies' revised offer price of 200 pence a share, given its favorable margin, growth and free-cash-flow outlook relative to its peers, Jefferies analysts write. The revised offer is in line with what Jefferies regard as the minimum acceptable offer price and brings TI Fluid Systems' valuation in line with the bottom end of EU peers, and at the top end of U.S. peers.
