Greentown Management (HKG:9979) recorded a gross floor area of 27.2 million square meters for its newly contracted projects in the nine months ended Sept. 30, up 1.8% from a year ago.

The estimated project management fee for the mentioned projects came in at 6.62 billion yuan, 16.4% lower than a year earlier, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
