Sisram Medical (HKG:1696) has hired Jiahong Li as its chief financial officer effective Oct. 29, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Li previously served as EdiGene's vice president, head of finance and government affairs, and executive director.

Shares of the cosmetic medicine provider closed over 2% lower on Monday.
