Frasers Logistics and Commercial Trust (SGX:BUOU) renewed its lease with the Commonwealth of Australia at the Caroline Chisholm Center in Australia, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
Under the new agreement, the Commonwealth of Australia will lease 100% of the building's lettable area for a period of 12 years, starting from July 5, 2025.
