Lai Fung Holdings (HKG:1125) reported a net loss attributable to owners of HK$267.7 million in the fiscal year ended July 31, compared with a loss of HK$584.7 million in the previous year, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Loss per share was HK$0.809, compared with HK$1.766 a year ago.

Turnover for the year rose on an annual basis to HK$2.19 billion from HK$1.80 billion in the prior year.
