Rumble Resources (ASX:RTR) updated the mineral resource estimate of the Western Queen gold project in Western Australia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The project's resource stands at 4.4 million tonnes of material at 2 grams per tonne grade of gold for 286,600 gold contained ounces, a 76% rise from the previous resource estimate for the indicated and inferred classifications, the filing said.

Shares of Rumble Resources rallied almost 16% in recent Tuesday trade.
